It is our philosophy as teachers to promote a healthy, safe, and nurturing environment for the children in our care. We believe in teaching through an organized and creative curriculum based program. One of our basic teaching philosophies is to teach children to learn through play. This teaching concept involves the teacher interacting with the children in a social environment and engaging them to learn by guiding the children with leading questions, problem solving skills and literary prompts. We believe all children are unique and that we not only influence their minds when they are in our care, but also their hearts. Therefore, we believe in nurturing their social skills and helping them grow into loving and caring young people.
